Supervision
Welcome to the Supervision page of Oncology Social Work. Supervision is an important part of social work practice and we hope that this page will give you some insights into social work supervision.
The Australian Association of Social Work has a professional requirement which recommends that a Social Worker receives supervision from another Social Worker in order to retain professional standing and appropriate support.
This is known as Continuing Professional Education or CPE. Polices on CPE are a part of the wider AASW professional guidelines.
