MY PERSONAL RECORD

It is vitally important that anyone over the age of 18 years has a current will.  Not having a will can lead to much heartache and costly legal fees for your family and loved ones.  It can also mean that your estate or part of your estate may be inherited by people with whom you have had no contact with for a considerable period of time or even the Government.  Please click here* to see what may happen if you die intestate (without a will).

Having a will is the first step in ensuring that your wishes for your estate are followed.  It is also important to let your executor/s know about your assets, where your important documents are located, and how your wishes for your funeral.  My Personal Record has been produced by OSWA to assist you in collating important information for your executor/s.  As our circumstances are always changing it is important that this document is reviewed and updated annually.

My Personal Record is available as a Word Document or in PDF
