Please note that earlybird registration closes October 7th.
Registration cancellations up to and including October 15th will incur a cancellation fee of $50
Registration cancellations from October 16th to October 31st will incur a cancellation fee of $100
There will be no refunds of registration fees after November 1st.
Registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation

An invitation is extended for submission of abstracts for oral presentations and/or posters. Please consider submissions in the light of the following question: What skills/knowledge will participants gain as a result of this presentation or poster?
Final submission date: August 1st, 2011
Successful applicants will be notified: 16th August 2011
